ACADEMIC DRESS INFORMATION FOR SYDNEY GRADUANDS
RESCHEDULED – 16 MAY, 2015
BOOKING & PAYMENT
If you have not previously made a booking for the April 21 Graduations which has now been re-scheduled to 16 May 2015 and you wish to attend please follow the links at the bottom of the page to secure your hire booking. This booking must be made by Friday 8th May 2015.
Full payment (credit card) must be made when booking. Customers acknowledge that their credit card will be debited with replacements costs ($200.00) should they fail to return the hired academic dress.
EXISTING BOOKINGS FOR APRIL 21 GRADUATIONS
If you have previously booked for your April 21 Graduation Ceremony which has now been re-scheduled to 16 May you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm if you are still attending.
REFUNDS FOR EXISTING APRIL 21 GRADUATIONS
If you have previously booked and are now not attending the re-scheduled 16 May Graduations you will need to email email@example.com so a refund can be made to you.
PLEASE NOTE THE REFUND WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER THE RE-SCHEDULED 16 MAY GRADUATION CEREMONY.
ACADEMIC DRESS & GUEST TICKET COLLECTION
To be collected from City Recital Hall, Angel Place, Sydney
SATURDAY 16 MAY 2015 FROM 2.30PM
Note: if you are unable to collect academic dress in person, please send a copy of your order with the person who will be collecting on your behalf.
RETURN OF ACADEMIC DRESS
Academic dress must be returned to the same area as collection no later than 9pm following your ceremony.
DRESSING ON GRADUATION DAY
Compass Staff will provide assistance with academic dress upon collection and will be available to assist before entering the auditorium for your Graduation.
ATTENDING YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONY
30 minutes prior to your Ceremony all Graduands must be registered, wearing their Academic Dress and be seated in the Auditorium
PURCHASE OF ACADEMIC DRESS
If you would prefer to Purchase your Academic Dress and not HIRE, you must order no later than 4 weeks prior to your Ceremony.
