RETURN YOUR HIRE ITEMS TO THE MEZZANINE FLOOR BALLROOM 1 - GRAND CHANCELLOR HOBART NO LATER THAN 90 MINUTES AFTER YOUR CEREMONY CONCLUDES. Failure to return your academic dress may incur extra charges

If you are unable to collect your academic dress in person, please ensure the person who comes on your behalf has details of your ceremony and receipt. If you are unable to have someone collect on your behalf, please contact the Uni shop prior to graduations.




LAUNCESTON DRESS COLLECTION AND RETURNS INFORMATION

FINAL DAY FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS FOR THE AUGUST LAUNCESTON CEREMONIES 2.00PM WEDNESDAY 17TH AUGUST 2016

Access available from the car park next to The Walk café.

Please return your hired items to the collection point located in the Arts building on the UTAS Inveresk campus no later than 90 minutes after your ceremony concludes, please note for your convenience this is the same location as the after ceremony refreshments.

Failure to return your academic dress may incur extra charges.
